1. Handler needs to put nylon cable ties into the vibration bowl. Zip ties would be sorted and relined.

2. When worker treads foot pedal, nylon tie wraps would be transferred into the position of the jaws, then tied, tighten and cut.

3. The binding force is controlled by mechanical device. It is more stable and accurate.

4. The nylon cable tie machine (Desktop type) can tighten harness with PVC sleeve, no need to pre-heating in advance.

The cable tie machine can bundle wire harness/tubes whose diameter can be up to 16mm/14mm. It can’t bundle bigger objects.
