1. The cable tie gun is too heavy, its weight 4.0kg. So it is fixed in the assembly line or working table.

2. Operator could hold items by two hands.

3. Once tread the foot pedal, automatically wrap, pull and tighten cable ties, cut the cable tie tails off and collect them into a box.

4. Omron PLC and touch screen. Chinese/English display.

5. With heating system. It improves cable tie toughness when use the machine and cable ties under 15℃.

6. The machine could bind the object with different diameters without any adjustment as long as object diameter is less than 31mm.

7. The binding force is adjusted by turning a knob.

Important details

1.SWT36200FC uses reel cable ties C36200.

2.There are 4,000pcs cable ties in one reel. Operator need to load the reel cable ties into the host machine before using SWT36200FC.It is easy to install the reel cable ties.

3. If cable ties can’t be run out in a day and they would stay overnight, operator need to protect them from open air.

4. Pls use a bag to seal these nylon ties directly and you don’t need to remove the reel cable ties from the host machine.

5. The reason is that nylon cable ties are hygroscopic. They will absorb moisture and lose it too.

6. That would impact the use of cable ties and automatic cable tie tool.
