Description of automatic cable tie system

1. Hanheld cable tie gun(0.9kg): it is without battery and must be connected to host machine to get the electric power. Pls don't pull the cable tie gun out from the host machine when it works.

2. Workers can adjust the binding forces: 20N-80N.

3. Vibration bowl in the host machine: the bowl feeder can sort loose cable ties.

4. Automatic cable tie machine could wrap, tighten and cut off nylon cable ties after operator treads the foot pedal within 1S.

5. Nylon cable ties need to be put in the bowl feeder in advance.

6. The auto cable tie machine can not make nylon cable ties.

7. To save labor cost: an automatic cable tie machine can save 2 workers even more.

1. Why cable tie is not tight?

Reasons:

1.The binding force may be smaller. Please turn the knob to set bigger forces.

2. Cable tie debris is jammed in the tie gun so that next cable tie can’t be tied tightly. Operator needs to clean the debris.

2. Do you have other languages in systems?

Yes, English/Chinese/Italian etc.

3. Do you have tech support departments in other countries?

No. Automatic cable tie machines made by our factory do not need this department. If you find any problems about the automatic zip tie machine, pls take some videos or pictures to us, we would help you solve them.
